  • What is it made of?

  • Will your jewelry pieces retain their gold color forever?

Sorry but all Gold-plated jewelry will eventually fade due to exposure to natural elements (air, water, salt, etc.) and contact with products such as perfume and hairspray. Truthfully, only real Gold is guaranteed to stay the same shade of gold no matter how often you wear it and despite one’s natural body composition.

However, all pieces made in 925 Sterling Silver can be Gold-plated again at your local silversmith.

  • Can I request for a different chain style/length?

So sorry but we can’t mix and match different chain designs and lengths because we don’t have extra chains in our inventory.

  • I have a design in mind. Can you make it for me?

Sorry but we don’t offer customized pieces at the moment.

  • What are your payment options?

We accept payments via BPI bank deposit and LBC/ Palawan Express.

  • How long does the courier take to deliver?

Processing and packing takes 1-2 days. Please see courier delivery estimates below:

Standard Delivery

Metro Manila: 1-2 days

Provincial: 5-7 days

  • My package hasn’t arrived. What is taking so long? What can I do?

Please continue to track your package using the tracking information provided. Sometimes, the courier experiences a volume surge which causes slight delays. You may also contact the courier directly for more assistance. If you are having problems contacting the courier, please shoot us an email at shopcircle.ph@gmail.com so we can personally follow-up on your package.

  • My order is damaged. Can I return/exchange it?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we allow returns for up to 3 days from delivery date for defective items. 

Items must be returned in its original packaging before we can process a refund. Please email us so we can coordinate with you and give you shipping details. You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs related to returning your order. Previous shipping costs are non-refundable.

After we receive your returned item, we will send you an email to arrange your refund. Completion of refund will take 5-7 days.

  • I’m a stylist. Can I pull-out stock for a photoshoot/event?

  • Something I like is sold out. Will you restock it? When will you restock?

We don’t have specific restocking dates for sold out items. Please follow us on Instagram for updates on restocked pieces as well as new arrivals.
